The ADDA 3 Organizing Committee is continuing to monitor the pandemic situation. As we have seen over the last two years, pandemic-related developments have been coming at us in waves. We are hopeful that by May, we'll once again be at a low point in infections. We plan to hold the conference in person, in Florida.
However, if any registered participants should find themselves unable to travel in May due to pandemic-related circumstances, ADDA3 will refund the cost of conference registration minus any processing fees charged by PayPal. Most of the area hotels have penalty-free cancellation policies, provided that the reservation is canceled either 48 or 72 hours in advance of the start date of the booking. It is recommended that you confirm your selected hotel's cancelation policy prior to making your hotel reservation.
